Why submit

A stage that earns your best material.

Built for working practitioners — CISOs, CIOs, compliance leads, IT directors, and the people defending Capital Region businesses Monday through Friday.

Reach 350+ Capital Region practitioners

Not a vendor pitch room. Working CISOs, IT directors, CFOs, compliance leads, and business owners across healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofits, finance, education, and government.

Practitioner stage, not a sales stage

We curate hard for real-world, deployable content. Show us the configuration, the metrics, the framework — the stuff people can use Monday.

Speaker amplification

Optional professional recording, CPE-credit attribution, sponsor reception access, and promotion across email + social to a ~3,000-person regional audience.

Before you submit

Common questions.

No. The bar is practitioner-led. If you're a vendor, propose a co-speaker from a customer who can speak to outcomes.
30–45 minute solo talks or 45-minute panel sessions. Workshops are 60–75 minutes with hands-on elements.
We review on a rolling basis through July 30, 2026. Final selections announced by August 15.
Platinum and Diamond tier sponsors get first consideration for speaking slots aligned with their domain. Independent practitioners are still encouraged to apply — typically half the program is non-sponsor practitioners.
